Was so excited to wear the scuba hoody i bought from them 45 minutes ago.... I pull it out of the bag.... and saw that they forgot to take the security tag off. My experience has been completly ruined. I called the store 3x to let them know about this. Nobody answered the phone.

Have never experienced such rude customer service. I should have read these reviews prior to going because my experience unfortunately only echoes some of those previous. The woman with the shoulder length grey hair (who I can only beleive to be a supervisor or management) was rude and dismissive. Being a brand that promotes health, wellness, positivity, inclusivity etc… the employees should also practice those values. Having a manager pull an employee aside infront of you at the register to whisper about you, and your transaction is unbelievably uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Went here in hopes of trying on some shorts I’ve been eyeing for a while, as soon as my friend and I walked in the door, an employee approached with a harsh tone asking why we’re stepping inside… in all my years shopping no one has ever approached me in such a rude manner asking what i’m doing in their store. I don’t know if this was targeted but it sure felt racial. I ended up trying on the shorts but felt so uncomfortable that I ordered them online. Next time don’t scare off your customers for bringing you business….

Today I went inside browsing and The white lady was taking care of the scuba hoodie section didn’t like me to touch her sweaters and gave me bad attitude. It was not really friendly. It didn’t make me feel comfortable to shop inside so I just left. She should go back for training customer service to work in lululemon

Service isn't great at this location, but whatever, gifts have to be purchased right? Here is an example of a "sale" on Black Friday at this location. They're really are looking out for the customer here by using such tactics, along with fear of missing out (FOMO) and welcome to this exclusive lulu shopping experience!

I went to return something at this location today. I noticed that there was a bit of concealer on the collar of the shirt. This likely happened when I was trying it on. The associate said that I damaged the product and would not take it back or provide a credit. She was very brisk and condescending. I have never had that happen previously. I had also purchased the item as part of the military and first responder program. Lululemon had offered a special thank you at Christmas for frontline workers which I was a part of. I will not return to this location.

Went into the Mapleview mall to quickly return a pair of pants .. they were at “max capacity” .. they started a line outside of the store. I went to the front and just kindly asked if I could just step in the checkout line to return the pair of pants .. the old ladies response was “everyone is in line to return an item” HIGHLY UNLIKELY . If I’m just returning an item and you’re at max capacity, how am I in anyone’s way if I’m standing in line on the inside ??? So you’re going to make me wait in line outside.. and then wait in line inside ? To return a pair of pants that will literally take less than 2 minutes? What a waste of time. Do yourself a favour and shop at the Limeridge location where you’re actually a valued customer. So unnecessarily rude. I hope she reads this and has a better response for the next person who just needs to QUICKLY RETURN AN ITEM.

Terrible customer service. My wife placed an online order for a dress. The order was cancelled the following day, so she place the order again. Again, the order was cancelled the following day. When we contacted Lululemon they said that it takes a few minutes to update the warehouse inventory. The dress was shown available for 4 days on their website, not for a few minutes. When we pointed that out the chat rep was very rude. The name displayed in the chat and the actual person representing Lululemon was also not the same. When I pointed that out the rep's reply was: "My name is Harmony. That's okay, we all have different ways of living, and being respectively. My way of interacting with this world stems from my beautiful culture, and I respect all in their own light as they are." What does that even mean, and what does it have to do with the fact that Lululemon kept advertising an item as available for several days and kept cancelling my order? Definitely not the same service I received previously from the company I used to have a high opinion of. The key being "used to".
